Energy Savings Agreement (ESA)

Triangle Contractors’ ESA Program is designed to provide our residential customers preventative maintenance for their HVAC equipment at reliable intervals and at an affordable cost.

ESA Members will receive (2) Tune-Ups per Contract Year with their Member Agreement. These Tune-Ups should be scheduled in the Spring and Fall and should be spaced around (6) months apart for effective equipment maintenance.

Tune-Up appointments will carry over into the following season if an ESA Member fails to schedule or opts out of one of their Contract Year Tune-Ups.

Trusting us with a system’s biyearly maintenance also comes with ESA Member savings for general service calls outside of tune-up appointments and discounts on all parts and equipment necessary for preventative and reactive maintenance.
